1. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery time:
- All orders: 10–15 business days
⚠️ Important: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs. We are not responsible for such delays.
2. Shipping Address Responsibility
- Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned due to wrong address, reshipping fees will apply.
3. Return Policy
We follow a no-return policy except if:
- Item is damaged
- Item is defective
- Wrong item was sent
📌 Conditions:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video proof
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection
- Delivery delays
- Minor color differences
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued after approval.
- Processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
⚠️ We reserve the right to reject any request not meeting these conditions.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After that, no cancellations allowed.
6. Lost or Delivered Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered”.
- Customers must contact the courier in such cases.
